All the (Ex)President's Men

<<---------- Scroll down for news. ---------->>

"Everyone out of the pool! (by January 20th)," President Trump has told all of the previous president's appointees.

Everyone wants to know why. Is it that difficult to figure out?

Previous presidents had no problem allowing the previous president's men to remain in their positions during the transition because those men were honorable enough not to sabatog the in-coming president's efforts. Well, we all know that President Obama prepared by putting a "transition team" in place to assure that as much resistance could be applied so as to stymie the in-coming President Trump's progress.

President Trump is correct in clearing out the clutter so he can have a smooth transition of government. As slick and sneaky as Obama is, it shows wisdom on the part of Trump. The concern that some have demonstrated with regard to the holes in government that such an edic creates is unnecessary. First, the Congress and the new President have begun the selection process early which will help speed the process. And second, there won't be as much resistance to the incoming Trump's government.

My best wishes to all concerned, especially the new President who will find tremendous opposition on the part of government and public organizations, most of them who will be more willing to follow the orders of the last President who, we now understand, will remain behind in DC. Obviously his intentions is to do his street activism thing, again.

It's time to clean house... at least I didn't use the word "swamp."

Terrorism in France, and the Radicalization of the Presidency

The Weaponization of Everything Under the Sun

The localized attack on the French during one of the widely celebrated days of the year is not only heartbreaking, but it’s also shocking. In addition, it further proves that if it’s not a gun, then it will be some other type of weapon—a car, truck, a plane, a knife, a tractor, a go-cart, whatever.

Look, there’s a faction of society--the controlling class, if you will—who have targeted “guns” for extermination, not the crazed individuals who use them to create terror in our lives. And not at all surprising enough, these same controllers own and/or control the majority of news media outlets across the world.

With that media control, they have chosen to focus on “guns” and they are using that control in an integrated manner to support the thought that “guns are bad,” and “those who misuse them are simply misguided because of their past.”

All of this media control is leveraged with personal messages by President Obama, as he works to complete his last term with one or more executive orders designed to further exclude purchases and use of weapons by common, law-abiding citizens here in the States.

We all know deep in our hearts that the intention of those leaders, like Obama, who oppose common gun ownership is to create a vacuum where the only individuals who can legally have them are law enforcement, federal employees, and military. But what about Obama’s “Civilian Army,” who he sought to create when he first took office. If you recall, this Civilian Army was to be just as well armed and funded as our regular Army. Hmmm

Obama's Citizen Army

When Obama came to power, he called for the creation of a civilian security force that is as well funded and armed as our regular military. When I first heard about this, I thought to myself, "It sounds a lot like Hitler's Brown Shirts who he used to repel Communist attacks during the early years of his effort to take over the German government.

The thing that all of us need to remember here is that those who own and control the press also control what is publicly perceived as "right" and "wrong." As I attempt to envision a civilian security force, just as well armed and funded as our regular military, all under the control of President Obama and those whom he might place in power, I shudder.

So, whatever happened to his citizen army?

I found a recent call to action on the issue of the nationalization of local police by the DOJ: OBAMA'S 'NATIONAL CIVILIAN SECURITY FORCE' ENDORSED, as Sharpton calls for nationalization of cops in wake of Baltimore riots.

Here's another reference to Obama's citizen security force: Obama Building A Civilian Army For 2015, Get Ready For War. See the video below please:

Here's another mention about Obama's civilian army: Obama’s civilian army and secret police: DHS Protective Security Service.

On June 30, 2010, the POS was at it again. Speaking at a town hall meeting, Obama declared that the military was “overburdened’ by the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He then resurrected his 2008 campaign idea and proposed to build a “civilian expeditionary force” that’s as large as the military, without however giving the legal basis for this “civilian expeditionary force” nor how he intends to pay for another military-sized institution when the more than $700 billion annual military budget was already choking the federal government’s budget.

Please see the associated video below:

The Radicalization of the Presidency

I don't think that ever in the history of this nation has there been a president who hates the country he lead--this nation, in fact--as much as President Obama and the First Lady. I know this is history to some, but to others--those who continue to make excuses for this president, it's not. Read the following statements and I believe you will understand why things have gone so terribly wrong in this nation over the past eight years. With that said, please understand that I believe that the last President Bush that we had works for the same controlling Elite that Obama does.

Believe me, writing about this gives me absolutely no pleasure. But, this needs to be openly discussed now, not after martial law is declared and a civil war results.

How did we become so divided as a people?

<<---------- Scroll down for news. ---------->>

Those who know me understand my passion for nationalism here in the United States as well as worldwide. Of course my main objective was always focused on the nation in which I live. Most of my life, for personal reasons, I chose not to poke my head up too high publicly. I refused to join any groups, I did not vote until I was 34, and I was apolitical as I did not want to attract attention. I kept my head down for a long time, until 1990, when I was 40 years old. That was when I accepted a position on a national magazine in the security and life safety markets.

It was two years later when I suddenly realized that politics is exciting, important, and necessary; necessary in that it’s important that each and every one of us take note of what’s happenig around us and to take part in the political process on a national level. I won’t go into the reason why I awoke to this fact, only that it was in 1992, at the age of 42, that I began to take note of what was happening in the political world around me.

It was another three years, in 1995, that I made the decision to stick my head up further by learning how to build websites so I could express my thoughts and opinions on the political issues of the day, and that is where Jack Brewer came into the picture. Jack gave me some web space on his server (he owned a company called Micro Village), and I began the process of learning HTML. I started with a basic design created to allow me to do commentaries. It was weblog at its heart, only it focused on an index of articles (the magazine guy in me I guess).

By 1997, I created an organization with an accompanying website called Giant Killers Organization (GKO), named after King David who, at the age of 16, stood opposite a Giant named Goliath, whom he slew with a stone and his slingshot. I became extremely politically in that I began attending local and regional events, I began communicating with our Congressmen, and I began making contact with a few organizations that truly have the best interest of our local and state communities at heart, although our national leaders would have you believe otherwise.

By 1998, 1999, I had become a full-blow anti-globalist, not only because of my concern for my own country, our own culture and heritage, but also for other nations and other people across the world. Oddly enough, this anti-globalistic view was in stark contrast to my past attitude regarding foreign people and nations. Here’s a piece of my past I omitted earlier on in this commentary.

At the age of 8, in 1958, I built my first shortwave radio and it was then that I began listening to the freedom fighters in Cuba under the direction of Fidel Castro. I listened to Radio Havana Cuba, Radio Moscow, and others for many, many years and through this exposure I became a young Communist/Socialist. I loved Cuban music, I was happy listening to the propaganda, and I began writing letters to Radio Havana Cuba and I began communicating with the Premier in Moscow (or someone representing him) concerning my one day joining them in the USSR. That was in 1964, at the age of 14.

The fact is, since 1997, I have struggled with my anger and contempt for all things global. Although I have always kept the best interest of other nation’s people in the back of my mind, I still felt considerable contempt and despair with the political Left’s effort to subvert our heritage and culture by systematically allowing third-worlders from anywhere across the planet to enter this nation by the dead of night over a largely unprotected border. I continue to have strong feelings about this only because it’s not just poor Mexicans that are crossing it but potential terrorists as well from other nations and ideologies, such as ISIS.

When I watched and listened to Huge Evans (TED Talk, http://bit.ly/1T98DmX), it struck a cord in my mind as well as my heart. He spoke of the poverty and problems that exist in other nations. Jesus Christ also spoke concerning this issue telling us that poverty would be with us always. Huge also spoke concerning charity, how we should be charitable to others who have little. He spoke of global citizens and how they see themselves as members of the human race first, then of a nation second.

This is truly the correct manner in which to think, act, and live; however, there are issues amidst this concept that must be addressed before ideals such as this can be effective and equitable to all concerned.

There is no denying that the majority of Liberals and Conservatives are sincere and well meaning in their intentions and efforts. There are, however, men and women of unquestionable ill intent who have learned how to affect both sides in an attempt to manipulate and control the outcome of all kinds of things. As long as these criminals are allowed to continue in their quest, both sides will continue to fuss and feud and a true global citizenship will be impossible to attain, no less the reduction of poverty and illegal, horrible acts against human-kind.

The world did not come to this divisive point by accident. There’s a video that you should see (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcyXXYKGULg, see video below) that will largely explain how it is we’ve come to this point of such division as a society, not only in the U.S., but abroad as well (scroll down to view). It is in the best interest of all peoples of the world to view this video and to come to an understanding that there are those operating amongst us who do not have our best interest as a nation, as a world, at heart. The question is, what will you, what can we do about it? –Al Colombo

Robots to Eventually Displace Human Workers. Why Go Along With It?

In a world where society is becoming more and more hostile to the idea of making a profit, I find it amazing that more of us don't passionately disagree with the elimination of human jobs by robotic, AI-driven systems of any kind.

Robotics, much like anything else, can be a good thing as well as a bad one. In a recent article published on the Nextgov website on February 26, 2016, the writer broached the subject of robotics in government and how there are many obstacles to this concept beginning with human acceptance of working along side of them.

Personally, I'm not a proponent of robotics, especially in government. When you read this Nextgov story, you will know why.

Managing the psychological impact of working with robots; “[T]here is an ongoing debate on the psychological consequences of military UAV pilots shooting at enemy targets thousands of miles away, while not being cognitively involved the same way aircraft pilots are,” the report says.
Just how bad is public acceptance?
According to the Nextgov article, "A 2015 survey in the U.K. found 43 percent of respondents would not trust an autonomous car to drive safely."
Frankly, I'm surprised that public acceptance is that high. The general public should know that the only reason why private or public sectors want to develop robots, which will ultimately operate under the control of an AI (Artificial Intelligent) intellect, is to "eliminate common workers," thus reducing long-term expenses associated with hiring humans.
"...the robots are actually rapidly gaining on us in one area: jobs.

"Research from Oxford University shows that almost half of today's jobs will be automated by the year 2034. This has dramatic implications for our workforce. And the impact is already being felt" (read it)

Chances are, you've already had a conversation or two with an AI over the phone as there are telemarketing systems designed around AI technology that can fool most of us into thinking we're talking to a real-live boy.
"Recently, Time Washington Bureau Chief Michael Scherer received a phone call from an apparently bright and engaging woman asking him if he wanted a deal on his health insurance. But he soon got the feeling something wasn't quite right.

"After asking the telemarketer point blank if she was a real person or a computer-operated robot, she chuckled charmingly and insisted she was real. Looking to press the issue, Scherer asked her a series of questions, which she promptly failed. Such as, "What vegetable is found in tomato soup?" To which she responded by saying she didn't understand the question. When asked what day of the week it was yesterday, she complained of a bad connection (ah, the oldest trick in the book)" (read it).

I've run into telemarketing AI's before. The first one, which belonged to a video movie production firm I commonly purchased movies from, began asking me questions and I began to get the feeling that something was wrong. When it asked me the ages of my grandchildren, I said something like "850 years and 900 years old." I knew it was an AI at that point because it continued asking me questions without missing a beat.

I'm all for making a profit, but eliminating human jobs is not my idea of a good way to do it. In a world where society is becoming more and more hostile to the idea of making a profit, I find it amazing that more of us don't passionately disagree with the elimination of human jobs by robotic, AI-driven systems of any kind.

As these AI platforms become more and more human-like, the complexity of the job for which they are designed will advance, displacing more and more people in the work force. One day, you may find yourself out of work due to the advancement of robotics and AI technologies.

Podcast: Hacking the World Around Us

<<---------- Scroll down for news. ---------->>

The NPR Ted Podcast is a great resource of information of almost any kind. The Ted Podcast below is on hacking featuring a hacker who's been there and done that. He went in search of a pair of virus writers that in 1986 wrote a virus that the world had to contend with back in the beginning.

As it turned out, the "Brain" virus, which was the name of the virus back then, was never intended to be a bad virus, but rather a virus created by a pair of code writers who simply sought to demonstrate how vulnerable that PCs were. That they certainly did. This podcast features a number of hackers on the subject, and it's worth a listen:

I believe that in due time, given the direction (police state and fear-mongering attitude) the United States as well as other developed nations are heading, that hackers and graffiti artists may very well end up to be the only means of getting information to the public.

What's your opinion?
